This course continues right Total Guitar Improvisation 1 leaves off. You will learn another major scale form, and then discover how two forms gives you three positions and access to almost the entire range of the guitar! You will get some great concepts for making solos more interesting, such as connecting scale positions, using mini-chords to correspond with the chords that are accompanying you, and how pentatonic scales fit into all this. Plus you will be introduced to the minor scale and how it relates to the major scale. Future courses in the series will expand on many of the concepts introduced here, but this course will give you a great introduction to some practical techniques you can use right away.
