John Scott Evans is a guitarist, composer, and clinician based out of Nashville, Tennessee. Proficient in a variety of guitar playing styles, John has over the years blended his influences into a unique style of his own, which can be heard on his solo records, "Live at the Loft", and "Amazed by Grace." His musical roots range from Classical to Flamenco, Jazz, and Gospel.
John received his Classical training at the Mercer Conservatory and later studied at the Berklee School of Music. He is a recording artist for EAE Music and is endorsed by Gibson Guitars, Taylor Guitars, Tech 21 Amplifiers, Elixir Strings, and Nady Wireless Systems. Listeners from all over the world have been exposed to his music, and he has established a particularly strong presence in the United States, Mexico, Japan, Australia and Spain.
