Anthony Wellington currently resides in the Southern Maryland/DC area, has been playing bass since he was 15 years old and studied Jazz at the University of Miami. He has been teaching since 1996 and at the present time, instructs more than 95 students a week. His teaching skills also extend to include the Victor Wooten Bass/Nature camp and various other workshops. For many years, Anthony has performed extensively with various artists throughout the MD, DC and VA tri-state area. Anthony also tours nationwide with world-renowned bass player, Victor Wooten as his Bass Tech, monitor engineer and second bassist.
